Medium Isolation System

The cylindrical plug with straight through bore rotates 90° via hand lever, pneumatic or electric actuator to fully open or cut off the two-way pipeline flow. Full bore design ensures low flow resistance and no fluid retention dead zone.

Jacket Thermal Insulation System

Hot steam, hot oil, cooling water or heat transfer oil circulate inside the interlayer jacket surrounding the valve body. Continuous heat exchange maintains constant temperature of the medium inside the valve cavity, avoiding blockage caused by medium condensation, solidification or crystal adhesion on plug and valve seat.
